NOW Sports Nutrition, Egg White Protein, 16 g With BCAAs, Unflavored Powder, 1.2-Pound

I recently added this to my smoothies to bump up my protein and give me a source of complete protein with all nine essential amino acids our bodies need. Flavor doesn't matter since I blend it with multiple ingredients. Quality is great! This package is a 5 pound jar with approximately 113 one-fourth cup servings, which will last me about 4 months. (It's also available in 1.2 or 1.5 lb. containers). The egg white powder is pasteurized, which avoids any problems of it hampering biotin absorption. The ingredients are pasteurized eggwhites and sunflower lecithin--no problems here!

Nice yummy and kind of healthy products with high protein and low calories. This is good since I am on a cut phase of my healthy journey. I need to have more protein and lesser calories. The bar code on the container allows me to scan into fitness pal and see what nutrition and decide whats my meal for the day. The taste is good. Not too artificial. I love that it has decent protein amount and not too high calories. The taste is not too bad. i used it in my bakes occasionally though I read online that its better to use vegan protein powder. I must say this is one of my favourite flavours to consume. It is kind of pricey so I only purchase it during sale. Haha.
