Smells like a delicious coconut macaroon
I ran out of coconut oil so I decided to give this one a go. If you like the natural scent of coconut, this is the one for you. I use it in cooking and on my body—it's a fantastic moisturizer for the whole body, especially after showering. However, the smoke temperature is low when you cook with it, so don't use it if you're stir-frying things on the pan. I made brownies with this and it turned out amazing. Overall, great quality and I'm enjoying this brand of organic virgin coconut oil.

This brand of coconut oil is very good for maintaining a healthy diet because this has multiple uses in cooking The quality and taste of this cooking oil is amazing The package size is very big and last long Can be used in many recipes and also can be used for baking There are no harmful ingredients added in it There is no strong smell of coconut in it

Substitute for seed oils
I leave seed oils alone because they are contaminated and raise omega 6 levels in the body. I use coconut oil almost exclusively. Always buy unrefined organic coconut oil, preferably virgin or extra virgin. This product fills the bill and tastes great.
