This frame is very sturdy. Only problem I had was missing screws. I contacted seller via email. I received an answer within 24 hours. They sent me the wrong kit so I was still missing 2 screws. I was given a refund that far exceeds the cost of 2 screws. I have never received such prompt, courteous and caring customer service before. I bought missing screws at local retail store. The frame is class A and so is the company that sells it.

My son said it a better bed .. he like it .. because it have space under the bed for his toy box / bins , it my 4th frame bed cause other bed frame it wasn't strong enough, till someone told me about this bed .. I can't believe I wasted over 600$for buying twin bed for my 8y old .. I'm mad for not knowing about this bed .. this bed worth it ..
