Fits any size, goes on easy, stays on nicely, keeps the heat or cold for a good long time. This is a game-changer for plantar fasciitis. Ice packs and heating pads don't stay on the bottom of your foot very well; trying to hold them on with an ace bandage doesn't work very well, but this stays on all through the night. Be aware that this is sized and intended adult use, and it's filled with gel... If your kids walk around on it, fold it up %26 sit on it, jump on it, etc., eventually that kind of abuse it going to make the gel leak out of the seams. If you want a hot/cold microwavable wrap that can take abuse, pick one filled with seed husks or other organic material, that way when you break it, you've only spilled husks, etc... but those kind can't get as hot or as cold, and they sure can't maintain the temp for anywhere near as long, either.

I like that it covers the entire foot and ankle, for full coverage of ice. I bought this for after toe surgery, and it wraps so the toes get covered with the icepa k if you do it right. Very surfy, but I wouldn't recommend walking on it-just for when your foot is elevated.
