These things are awesome! Icy on both sides so they are interchangeable for both hands! You don't have to wrap them in a towel and balance them on top of your swollen hand like every other gel pack. Totally worth the money! I would've paid twice as much!

Great product. I have chronic joint pain and these gloves were just what I was looking for! They are made with a soft gel that softly molds to the contour of your hands and provides anti-inflammatory relief. Plus, Novak Djokovic was seen using this product on his right hand between sets at the US Open! Expect the gloves to be ice-cold and hard right out of the freezer (which provided the relief I needed after a grease burn while cooking), but within a few minutes they become the perfect application of cold compress for the hands (and feet). I would highly recommend this product to anyone that may benefit from cold therapy.
