I ordered this for my great niece for Valentines Day. It came in on time but when I opened the box to see it it was ripped and box was crushed by the packers. looks like they didn't think someone would want this as a gift or keepsake cause the box is in no condition to give it a a present. I feel the employees need to take better care of the things they ship. I can safely say it was employees because the outside of the box was OK and not bent up to much.
