Nice bonus!...These are tap (anywhere on the lamps base) to turn on/off with 3 tap to change light brightness options which were not in the description....great for turning off easily when about to fall asleep. They look great too. There is just 1 thing that some may find challenging....the shades come in 3 pieces to put together yourself. Allows packaging to be in a much smaller box. The shade does come together well even without any included directions on how to put shades together. Overall...Fantastic quality for the price.
