Fair product but delivered damaged

We ordered two quantity in both the packages had busted and damaged canisters of sugar so we have to take the sugar out. Maybe the delivery service did not handle well so it happened to come damaged partially and unfortunately.

When this was delivered, sugar was pouring out of the delivery box. Several of the canisters were crunched and broken and losing sugar. Some of the canisters were half empty. It was a mess.
