[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As soon as I received this product, I had to test the fire resistance on it. Step one - get my lighter. Step two - try to melt outer layer of gaiter. Step three - become impressed! It wouldn't burn or melt. This test was complete. Next I tried it on... and it slid right down. It is very loose. I don't have a small head. I consider myself to be a normally shaped human so I had to figure out how to keep it on my face. What worked best was to fold it about an inch down around the top on your face and wear it high on the back side. Once I got it to stay on my head properly, I found how comfortable it was. Very soft and definitely a product for a cooler day. This will keep you warm but it's not for a warm day. Then you will sweat in it and that's no fun. All in all, this product is worth getting as long as you can figure out how to keep it on. The outer shell is tested true to its fire resistance. I would recommend this to anyone in need of a fire resistant gaiter or mask.

Warm but breathable

Fr neck gaiter!
