Worth every penny
I've known of MR for a while, and have used their wildland packs with great experiences. I happened to be in Bozeman, MT and went by the headquarters and got to tour the factory and meet some of the crew. I was blown away by the care and quality of their work in person. I ordered the Scree and couldn't be any happier. Worth every penny and I can't wait to Get this pack to Machu Picchu in the spring.

Great All Around Backpack
I bought this backpack with the initial intention of using it for skiing. I have 5 kids, I needed something big enough I can stash snacks, kids drinks, beer for mom and Dad and still have room for multiple sweatshirts and the random "Dad, can you hold this?" articles without being overly bulky... this bag did great. Super comfortable and lots of logical space. The pockets off the waist belt are awesome. One drawback I didn't love is the load lifters... the bag seems to hang kind of slack off of these and I haven't figured out yet how to best fit this. I am certain I will be using this back a ton and am glad I bought it.

Versatile 4 Season+ Pack
This is the best day pack I have owned. Purchased it as a 4 season day with extra room for winter/volcano hikes. Turns out that it is also an excellent SAR pack. Loops for ice tools and poles. Daisy chain to clip a hat, helmet or gloves. Well balanced, compact and comfortable on long days off trail. Disappears on my back. The trizip allows easy access with one zip to pull a water bottle, two zips to top load or three zips to access the whole pack. Love the internal storage sleeves for bottles and the hip belt pockets for snacks and small essentials. Durable and well built without being overbuilt. Seriously great pack.
