Mushroom Popcorn Kernels 2 lb

This popcorn has huge round kernels when popped. I would guess 80% are this way. The rest are smaller balls or butterfly popcorn. The photo below shows what it looks like right out of the pot. You have to use a heavy weight pot, about 1/3 to 1/2 C oil to 1/2 C popcorn seeds. Put oil and 3 seeds in the pot, turn on stove top, wait til the 3 seeds pop, then pour in the rest of the seeds in. Don't turn the heat down, let it do it's thing. Once it stops popping, remove from heat. Enjoy! Can also be popped in an air popper, but salt won't stick. We like the oil much better!
