Fantastic way to easily get 32 grams of Protein. Love this powder because not only is it delicious but being lactose-intolerant, this is the only product in the market my tummy will accept. I tried 7 others, from liquid to powders, this is the best. Using 1/3 cup oat milk, fresh or frozen fruit, cinnamon powder, 1/3 cup cold water and 2 scoops of this protein powder. Stir in blender (I use a portable, individual size on the go) and voila, this is the best replacement meal for breakfast. The Vanilla flavor pairs perfectly with all fruits and even chocolate powder or a spoon of peanut butter to add variety. I also love the Strawberry flavor, I keep both in hand to alternate every other day. This has been key to maintaining my weight loss of 50 lbs two years ago. It has been a blessing in my life. Every day I look forward to my Muscle Max protein shake.

Will definitely buy again! I added two teaspoons to my morning coffee instead of creamer. My coffee tastes great, kind of like a vanilla latte. I'm on a diet, and the additional protein in my morning coffee will be a great benefit. I just wouldn't over due it because it's not a low carb option.
