Fantastic way to easily get 32 grams of Protein. Love this powder because not only is it delicious but being lactose-intolerant, this is the only product in the market my tummy will accept. I tried 7 others, from liquid to powders, this is the best. Using 1/3 cup oat milk, fresh or frozen fruit, cinnamon powder, 1/3 cup cold water and 2 scoops of this protein powder. Stir in blender (I use a portable, individual size on the go) and voila, this is the best replacement meal for breakfast. I also buy the Vanilla flavor which pairs perfectly with all fruits and even chocolate powder or a spoon of peanut butter to add variety. This has been key to maintaining my weight loss of 50 lbs two years ago. Every day I look forward to my Muscle Max protein shake, it has been a blessing for me.
