Mueller Sport Care Tennis Elbow Support One Size, Each

This probably goes without saying, but you are meant to wear this below your elbow and not in the actual crease. If you do wear it there or wear it too tightly then you'll limit your range of motion. Once worn properly, it feels supportive. The gel pad isn't as squishy as I expected, but it adds a nice little cushion. That little bit of comfort can be invaluable. I like that it is adjustable and really does help. I'd recommend this brace.
