Use of this container by more than one person may spread infection. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist.If pregnant or breast-feeding, ask a health professional before use. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Instructions
Adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision): spray 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. Children under 6 years of age: ask a doctor. Shake well before use. Hold the white tabs, press the grooved area of the cap firmly and turn counter clockwise. Before using the first time, prime the metered pump by depressing the pump firmly several times. To spray, hold the bottle with your thumb at the base and nozzle between your first and second fingers. Without tilting head, insert the nozzle into your nostril. Fully depress the rim with a firm, even stroke and sniff deeply. Wipe the nozzle clean after use. Secure the cap after use.

I had a cold with severe congestion. I could not breathe at all through my nose. I've used Zicam in the past. This was less expensive and had the same ingredients as Ziacam. Afrin worked wonders to help me be able to breathe through my nose again. I highly recommend it!!!

I really like this product. I was really stopped up. I had to breathe with my mouth open while in bed trying to sleep. I spray with this product and in a few seconds I was able to breathe through my nose. A few minutes later I was able to blow my nose and cleared out all the mucus, which was a bonus for me. You don't taste the medicine. It does everything that is written on the box.

I am so glad that I bought this product. I was dealing with nasal congestion and it was hard to sleep and just hard all day, but I took one dose of this sprayed two times in each nose and immediately I was able to breathe again and it did not even dry up my nose. This stuff is the best stuff out there.
