I love these old-fashioned gingersnap cookies. They've been among a number of missing items over the last year or so, and I'm glad that they're finally back again. These cookies have just the right amount of ginger taste and the cookie will keep its snappy consistency for a long time. There's nothing better with a hot beverage at the end of a meal, or as a midday snack. (Santa might appreciate these with a cold glass of milk too!). Mrs. Dunster, this is one great cookie!
