A delicious whole-food wheat alternative made with only three ingredients: organic quinoa, organic white rice, and organic amaranth. Packed with protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, our pasta supports a healthy diet while being low in fat, cholesterol and naturally gluten-free. Our pasta is also celiac friendly! Get four 5lb bags of our Gluten Free Penne Pasta - perfect whether you’re following a gluten-free diet, you're vegan, vegetarian, or seeking a high-quality, nutrient-dense option. Instructions: Boil filtered, salted water, add pasta, and cook for 8-10 min. Stir occasionally throughout, as gluten-free pasta has the tendency to stick. Note that the water may turn white from protein in the quinoa and amaranth. Drain once cooked and serve with any sauce or gravy.

Great pasta, the bags were not sealed correctly.
I have been buying this brand for years. Love the texture of this pasta for hot foods like casseroles and for pasta salad that I make every week. The latest shipment of twenty pounds that I got had a problem with the "heat seal" that closes the bag after it was filled. Two of the bags were not sealed completely and there pasta leaking out of the bag and loose in the box.
