The bicycle pedals are made of CNC integrated aluminum body, which is very strong and wear resistant. The Pro Ride SPD is fixed to one side of the pedal, while the standard platform pedal on the other side allows you to ride with non-skid shoes, and the spike tension is adjustable with screws on the side of the pedal. There are also 2 sealed bearings to protect the spindle from water and dirt, easy to install, and comes with a standard 9/16" arbor to fit most bikes.
