took a little bit for them to send out, I wasnt to confident of the company by the reviews but since i bought it through walmart i was more confident that id atleast get my phone. i did receive my phone ontime and it was what the listing said it was also in good condition for being refurbished. i did factory reset as soon as i got it so overall i am happy
