Very helpful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have really helped my supply. I'm still an undersupplier but when I didn't take these for a weekend I noticed my supply dropped back down even lower. When taking these I pump about 3 more ounces per day than when I'm not taking them.

Helped my supply.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now I know I can't give credit to this 100% but I truly believe that in taking this daily, it has helped me maintain my supply for 7 months now. I have noticed on the days I forgot to take it that I do produce a bit less but it's hardly noticeable.

Thought I was going to have to stop BF soon
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My milk never fully came in and I've always had to supplement with formula. But recently there was a drastic drop in my supply and I feared that my breastfeeding/pumping days were starting to be numbered. I was thinking I should be grateful that i got to 4 months. Then I took a shot and tried More Milk. After 4 days, I started to see an increase in my supply. After a week, it has doubled and I've been able to decrease how much formula my little guy has to get each day.
