stiff and heavy

the coat runs extremely small. I wear an 18 and orderd a 24 to make sure it fit and it did not. it is extremely stiff and heavy. you cant even put your arms down or together. can't recommend this one

Way to small and so stiff!

This jacket arrived today and it is not only way to small (even though I ordered a size larger than normal because I hate tight fitting jackets, but I could barely get my forearms through the arm hole because it is so stick and has no give at all! Now I find out I cannot even return this item to a Walmart Store, even though it never said anything about a third party when ordering. Very, very disappointed.
