Cornbread or muffins: preheat oven To 425 degrees F. empty contents ofthis package into medium size bowl. Add 1 slightly beaten egg And 2/3cup milk. Mix thoroughly. Bake in greased 8x8 inch pan or muffin tin for15 To 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes six 2 1/2 inch muffins.(For sweeter muffins or cornbread, 1 tbsp Of sugar may be added.) Banananut cornbread: preheat oven To 350 degrees F. empty contents Of thepackage into medium size bowl. Add 3/4 cup chopped nuts And 1/3 cupsugar. Blend together 2 eggs And 1 cup mashed banana. Stir into drymixture until completely moistened. Bake in greased 4 1/2" x 8 1/2" loafpan for 50-60 minutes. Corn sticks: preheat oven To 450 degrees F. emptycontents Of this package into medium size bowl. Add 1 slightly beatenegg, 1 tbsp sugar (if desired), And 2/3 cup milk. Mix thoroughly. Bakein greased, preheated corn stick pan for 15 or 20 minutes.
