Sizes run very small!

The first shirt I received was a different size. I sent it back %26 they sent a replacement immediately. I opened it %26 although the tag says the size I ordered, it's not. I laid this shirt on top of another brand new shirt %26 it fits completely inside the other shirt. I ordered 3X but it's more like 1X, at best. I'm returning this one too. I was really hoping this one would be correct became I love MW! Now I'm off to order one from a different company/place.
