Perfect balance of white with two shades. Its doesn't hurt my eyes and is dimmable so it makes a perfect night light as well and very energy saving at 2.5 watts

Great for DIY low-light aquarium lighting

I don't know how how someone could rate this 1 star. It's a 6 ft. LED light strip w/ 96 (yes, 96) LEDs. It is powered by a USB brick, which you provide. It comes w/ a remote, battery, and standard 4-pin LED connector which also serves as the input for the remote. Half of the LEDs are soft (yellow) white and the other half are cool (blue.) The LEDs do NOT change colors. You can turn all of the cool on/soft off or vice versa. You can also adjust the brightness of either. There are 4 preset 'scenes' which provide different color schemes, or you can set your own. The light strip itself is self-adhesive. And the LEDs are covered in a nice soft rubbery material which makes the strip easy to mold around whatever you like. Personally, I am using these with low-light aquariums as a DIY light strip. I think they're very nice given the price point.

Not perfect but pretty good.

There were three flaws. It didn't stick well to the corners of my mirror, at the end of it, where the receiver for the remote is, it's turned around, so you can't get a signal in, and after I put it on blink, i had to unplug it, to make it stop. I had to clear tape it to my mirror, and twist the end, before taping it down as well. Now it works perfectly, aside from the blink issue. Still great for under 10$.
