Does not seem capable of 3840x2160 4:4:4 60fps

This device advertises 18 Gbps of bandwidth and 4:4:4 60fps 4k video. Unfortunately, that doesn't seem to work, and neither does 4:2:2 60fps 3840x2160. The best I can get it to do is 3840x2160 4:2:0 60fps, which ends up being around 6 Gbps. Looking at the included SFP module, it claims that it is only rated for 10 Gbps. So why is it advertising 18 Gbps?

Dead on Arrival

Product arrived dead on arrival not accepting a HDMI input. SFP was also not lighting up so I went to swap it out with my own and it completely broke the lever to lock it in place. After finally removing the SFP I put it my own known working ones and the fiber light lit up. Still didnt get the HDMI transmitter working so I was unable to test. Will probably go through a different brand.
