[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just came off of a brutal 5 day stomach bug where I threw up constantly, could not hold down water, and could not eat more than a handful of crackers a day. Understandably, my milk supply plummeted. My baby was clearly frustrated at the breast and pumping was yielding 1-2oz combined. I had previously used pump with good results, but could not find it and needed something quicker so decided to try mommy bliss. I started taking it as soon as my stomach could tolerate On top of this, I tried to drink a lot of Gatorade, but I still wasn't terribly hydrated and eating almost nothing. After two days of taking these, my supply is gradually going up. Day 1, I was able to pump 3oz and day 2 I am up to 4.5. I have also noticed that my pumped milk seems fattier than it did previously.
