I was worried that the suction wouldn't be enough based off what I hear about wearable pumps in general. HOWEVER this system has been perfect for me. Generally it is quiet, good battery life, easy to clean, and the suction is just as strong as my Medela Pump In Style. I'd even say my Momcozy one is stronger! I also appreciate the wide range of flanges
