Our Mole Rojo is imported from Oaxaca Mexico.�It�is a concentrated paste that is a perfect blend of chilies, spices, and fruit. Mole Rojo�has similar base ingredients�as Mole Negro; however, it has a sweeter and spicier flavor profile�since it uses more chile ancho and chile guajillo, and less chocolate.
