Color is Very Off

Like the other customer, I believed this rug was gray (charcoal and light gray). I even zoomed in to take a good look and used the feature where you can see it in a room. At no time did there appear to be ANY brown and yet, when I opened the package, all I saw was brown. There is absolutely no brown in my house and it will not go at all. This is frustrating to waste money on shipping and time trying to find the right rug. Please do a better job of describing the colors in your products.
