Received faulty parts, twice

I have purchased two of these faucets, and both times my plumber could not install them due to leaking and inability to mount the spout onto the shower wall. The second order came with a torn gasket seal that was made of thin, flimsy plastic, which also resulted in leaking. My plumber, who installs Moen all the time, informed me that the entire Flara line of diverter spout, vanity sink faucet assembly and shower trim kit I ordered were "over-engineered" and difficult to install. Although Moen sent the (broken) replacement quickly and at no cost, I would not recommend this product line.
