We are sorry to hear that the handles on your Moen faucets that use the 1234 Duralast Two Handle Replacement Cartridge continue to become difficult to turn and squeak. The Moen 1234 Duralast Two Handle Replacement Cartridges uses our ceramic disc technology which doesn’t use rubber o-rings, however, can be damaged by hard/high mineral content water and by sediment or debris in the water lines. As the original purchaser of the Moen 1234 Duralast Two Handle Replacement cartridges, they are covered under our 1-year parts warranty. If you are the original purchaser of the faucet that uses these cartridges, that fixture is covered under our Lifetime Limited warranty.
