This 20 volume developer with violet pigment that neutralizes red, orange-yellow undertones to reach the desired stage of bleaching. For cold tones and warm colors, use this 20 volume creme developer which helps reinforce pigment deposit and to neutralize brassy yellow undertones.Moehair 20 volume developer is the safe and sure way to consistent color or bleaching. Use Moehair hair developer 20 volume for brighter and lighter tints, especially effective on resistant hair. For proper quantity and mixing instructions follow the recommendations of the color or bleach manufacturer and use whenever volume 20 developer is suggested.Use Moehair Anti-Yellow Crème Developer as needed for oxidation process.
