Decent, large, hard armrests, missing armrest feet
It's really nice, but the arms are a little hard and we need multiple pillows against them to not feel them digging into our backs. The arms are also at least a foot wide each on their own, which is something my husband didn't think about himself for our small apartment, so just think about that if you need it for a smaller space. Ours was missing the feet for the arm rests themselves tho, and we couldn't seem to get any response from the sellers about it no matter what I tried. The couch needs those feet with the way the armrests are put together.
