bang for buck

some of the reviews are a little harsh. the pillows need to be fluffed. there's clear instructions after fluffing they look decent. they also open so you can add more cotton if you'd like. I like this couch, especially if you have pets or kids because it's easy to get the covers off and wash them. It's very convenient if you live in a small apartment and need furniture that moves around really easy, possibly even a bed. It's not like crazy expensive quality. it's definitely like Walmart quality but bang for buckwise. this is a nice couch. It's a little deceiving in the photos size wise, but it is exactly as pictured. just don't forget to fluff the back pillows and maybe even get some extra cotton to stuff them a little extra but it's not bad for the price overall. I would recommend this to anybody with pets that needs to remove the covers easily to wash them or anybody in a studio apartment who would also like a bed with their couch and needs to be able to move them to different shapes.

The most honest review you need to read before!

I am going to be the most honest about this! The picture is NOT the way they will look. When we assembled this, the pillows and cushion were so squished. You have to shake the pillow %26 mess with it so it can fluff out. Yes, they will look fluffy once you do this, but they will get flat again. You need to buy more cushion in order for them to stay looking the way they look in the picture shown. Aside from that, the quality is not so great but it is still a very affordable, simple couches. We also love moving them around and making it into a bed because I have 2 babies so my toddler plays on it. They do separate if you sit in between them, but they don't move drastically. The covers are also able to be removed and washed which is a win if you're a mommy of kids! Would I buy these if I knew all this? Probably not. Would I buy new ones instead and not keep these? No, these are perfectly fine! I will show a before and after stuffing the couches! The first picture is when they're "fluffed out" on its own. Super flat, rectangle shape. Second picture is when I added more fluff to the couches. And it's final look.

Nice couch, sent incomplete. Poor customer Service

First off, just want to point out that I received the sectional which was missing two backrest cushions and the customer service has not done anything to complete the product I purchased. Even after multiple attempts for 7 weeks the response from Walmart has consistently gone to zero communication. Poor job walmart. Will be returning this couch before I'm stuck with a couch that's missing cushions. Now, the couch itself is pretty nice. Nothing spectacular but great for the price. It's a nice modular couch that you can really change a room with. The color is lighter than pictured and the metal back pieces do show kind of awkwardly. The couch itself is firm but comfy (at least where I do have cushions). The fabric gets a-lot of lint and picks up debris easy. Not 5 star quality construction or material but nearly there. Felt like it could've been a lasting purchase but hard to be happy with it when it's not complete. Walmart make this right. The ask was simple, complete the products you sell.
