Express Warranty For the products, Mizuno warrants to a consumer that they will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for the applicable warranty period. The warranty period begins on the date of purchase by Consumer. Mizuno’s sole obligation under this express warranty shall be to replace the product with the same or a comparable product. This express warranty does not cover certain component parts of products such as laces. Obtaining Warranty Service Customer may contact retailer or Mizuno Customer Support within the applicable warranty period to obtain warranty service authorization. Dated proof of original purchase from Mizuno or its authorized retailer will be required. Mizuno is not responsible for products received without a warranty service authorization. Repaired or replacement products will be shipped to customer at Mizuno’s expense. Mizuno shall not be responsible for any damages occurring during such shipment. Place of performance for work under warranty shall be Mizuno’s Customer Support in Peachtree Corners, Georgia, USA. Warranty Exclusive Customer’s sole remedy for breach of the warranty shall be the express warranty.
