I ran around 70 miles on my wave riders doing about 20-25 miles a week. I am a pretty active runner, and didn't feel comfortable continuing with them after this period. My arches are very low and make it hard to find good shoes. But I have loved the wave inspires, so I wanted to try the wave riders as the design is very similar. Wave riders have a great bounce to them, they are light, and I think I would love them if my feet weren't so low. They were good walking shoes. I just would have pain in my ankles after running from a kind of narrow and uncomfortable fit with my feet. If you have low arches and are a somewhat active runner then wave inspires are going to be the best for you imo. Hope this helped!
