Honestly, I don't know how long it will last, but I've had it for 5 days and have been using it 30 minutes in the morning, to help me loosen up and fully stretch and 30 minutes at night, to help me detox and relax. It's amazing how hot it gets and how much I sweat! Had to find a you tube video (of another brand) just to set up, because it came with zero instructions-not even illustrations. That's not a deterrent from getting it-it's very simple to set up, I just didn't want to make a mistake so I search for the instructions. It takes about 10 minutes to heat up and then boom!!! Not gonna lie, it's a very small space, not sure a person with a bigger frame and with low flexibility would be confortable, but for me (I'm 5.6) it worked out fine. I placed a towel at the bottom, so any moisture (and there will be!) just drips onto it. I did put a small bathroom stool I had and that was a bit more confortable. Once done, I just leave the zipper door fully open and it dries by itself. I love this thing!!! Only regret-Wish I had gotten one years ago, when I first came upon them and decided to put it on my wish list. Get one!
