Hi Dani, we're thrilled to hear that you are happy with your new mirror! I wanted to note that the IR sensor on this product is only intended to activate the light when you pass your hand within roughly 1" of the sensor. It's possible that the location where the mirror is installed is causing the sensor to be triggered by nearby objects or other light sources. If you are happy with the way your mirror functions, then that's fantastic, but if you would like some assistance in troubleshooting this, please feel free to reach out to us by emailing infoservice@miseno.com.
