Great packaging, clear directions, looks nice!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Items are boxes very nicely! Very clear that all pieces and screws were there. Directions are clear on how to install with pictures included. We did end up ordering separate pieces for bottom slide as these are not included which we knew when ordering, but with large heavy gate we wanted to make sure it wouldn't swing.

Good other than poor hole spacing.
Hardware quality was good and packaging was excellent. The design of the rails is poor. The 16” hole spacing doesn't carry across the rail splice. This completely defeats the purpose of having predrilled holes.
