DRAIN THE WATER OUT OF THE PACKAGE, RINSE THE NOODLES IN COOL WATER FOR 10-15 SECONDS. PUT IN BOILING WATER FOR 2 MINUTES, THEN DRY THE NOODLES BY PLACING IN A NON-OILED PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL DRY.

Great taste Great conistency
I'm a diabetic so finding a tasty unwheat pasta was a chore. Until I found this one. Best tasting product like this I've ever tasted. The consistency is great as well, which is a huge plus. Highly recommend.
