The Best Substitute for real pasta

I LOVE these noodles. Was using the shirataki noodles, which I enjoy still, but these are Much more like "real pasta" in texture and taste; and, my husband approved them too. So far I've only used them in pasta/marinara meals, but come fall, I will use them as a noodle substitute in my soups! Highly recommend these noodles if you are trying to avoid any issues with "real pasta" forms.

Low carb necessity

I love these noodles. As a type one diabetic that chooses low carb for the best management possible, these noodles are perfect. Toss them into any meat dish and it's instant added protein. I've used them to make Ramen, stir fry, anything you would add noodles to. Thank you for making these egg noodles.

Delicious & Easy

We eat a ketogenic diet and these egg white noodles are a perfect substitute for regular pasta noodles. I have used them in a ramen bowl and also with meatballs and tomato sauce. Delicious and so easy — no cooking!
