1 gal Minwax 71071 Golden Oak Wood Finish Oil-Based Wood Stain, 250 VOC

I've used the ebony wood finish a few times now and it has performed excellent every time. First time was much colder out in a garage and the dry time was double what was on the can but those were environmental problems not those of the product. This last project was a big one and I controlled the environment. To the “T” drying time was exactly what was on the label. This last project I built out of pine. I used the pre stain conditioner as directed and no blotching or uneven color. I recommend if your new to staining, using a color you have not tried do a sample piece or try out on a inconspicuous area first. The type of wood does make a huge difference on the final product. Take your time. Minwax is an amazing product.
