Minwax 13102 1 Gallon Semi-Gloss Ultimate Floor Finish

I was going for Varathane High Traffic but couldn't find it, so i got this, was very skeptical and pricey stuff but i needed to finish my floor asap.. well what can i say this is absolutely fabulous, easy to apply and the floor looks gorgeous. Got the satin water clean, dries quick and no sanding in between. Minwax is my new go to brand for flooring. Worth the price.

Sanded floors 100 year old maple wood floors with drum sander and edger 20-60-100 grit. Floors had a lot of waxy buildup. Removed completely. Vacuumed room and washed walls. Applied two coats of the water-based Minwax Ultimate Floor Finish, glossy first and final coat with satin. No sanding in between coats as they were done within 24 hours. We will be applying one more coat in a few minutes, but very impressed so far. Water-based polyurethane cannot be directly applied to stained floors which is why I think some reviewers are having trouble with this product. We applied this product to bare wood.
