Ever since I got my 1st Chinese cookbook , I have enjoyed making and eating ginger chicken. But crushing or Mincing ginger was a real chore. This has ginger exactly the way I need it, and it's fresh, and it has its little bite. It has made making my ginger chicken a whole lot easier.

I love this easy to use ginger. Tastes so good. Ginger is so good for you, I use it often, in so many recipes. I use is with mushrooms, onions, garlic and this ginger. Tastes sooo good. All of those ingredients are good for you. Just squeeze out what you want, it adds so much flavor to your meals. I keep it on hand at all times.
