a lot of problems with this order !

there was alot of confusion with this order and the description on the website was not correct so I thought I was getting something else I thought I was getting food tongs ! I had to inform the company and send multiple pictures and multiple emails to make sure that I got my product that I actually ordered which took it seemed like forever So even though it was all straightened out and I got my order and they're beautiful there still was a lot of confusion in this order and a lot of anxiety so it wasn't a smooth order at all by any means! and quite a few months actually to finally get my order I ordered stuff from Amazon Etsy and even more stuff from Walmart that came like maybe a week to two weeks after I ordered them! as a matter of fact I ordered something from Amazon over the weekend and I just received it today so yeah it's company needs to get their stuff together!
