Mighty Paw Yak Cheese Himalayan Dog Chews, Natural Long Lasting Treats for Dogs (X-Large, 1 Pack)

These are ok, they dont "cheese puff well".. Soaked 2 pieces, about 1.5" in legth, in purified water for 5 minutes, then in microwave for 2 minutes.. I Sat right next the mictowave to catch slight sizzle. Turned my head away for 5 seconds, to drop clothes into laundry basket. As I turned back around white smoke was pouring out of the microwave. I stopped it immediatly. The cheese puffs looked ok, so i grabbed them with paper towel they were on and slammed microwave closed. Then unplugged it. (the smell made 2 staff members physically ill, and my room smelled very acrid for the next several hours. (I immediately cleaned the microwave and bagged the cheese puffs.) It Wasnt the microwave or plug,was the time that was set. I had another from same bag, so followed same protocol of 5 minute soak, and 45 second run time for one cheesse puff came of fine. Once they all cooled I put all three cheese puffs down and my dogs wanted nothing to do with the first two, so picked the first two up and they literally deteriorated in my hand into charcoal! So, I'd say these are ok for medium chewers for longer chew time. I dont reccomend microwaving them though.
