I have one of these so familiar with it - no issues there. The seller states 2 extra rollers and there was only one extra. One came with the device so I don't think it's extra since it's inside a manufactured clamshell package. Also there's no storage bag as pictured but not listed. Please update the listing so what you get is the same. I would have purchased regardless just annoying to not get what is listed/shown.
