If you like tender sweet peppers and you also like pickles, then you're going to be in seventh heaven. My husband has adored these for years. Good on an appetizer platter or as a side with meats, but even better just eaten out of hands. We recently gave a friend a jar to take home and try. She opened the jar as she reached her car in order to try one. She reports she ate the entire jar on the way home. My husband chuckled, feeling totally vindicated!
