Mezzetta Italian Olive Salad & Sandwich Spread

First thing I do when opening a jar of this, is dump the entire jar into a small colander %26 rinse off all the oil. Otherwise it's extremely too heavy with oils for my taste. Not only can this be used for amazing muffuletta sandwiches, but you can create delicious entrees with it directly from the jar. Add a jar on top of raw chicken before you bake it. Add half a jar to raw shrimp while sautéing, add artichoke hearts %26 fresh tomatoes serve over rice %26 vegetables. The sky is endless with this mixed olive salad! It's delicious, versatile %26 extremely easy to pep-up any entree.
