My favorite tape measure

This is my favorite tape measure I have ever owned. I have had milwaukee, Stanley, Klein. I'm an IBEW electrician and this thing just works. The tape is THICK, it has almost unbelievable standout (I got it to 13'), and the magnet is strong. It's also super sturdy, yet compact. I highly recommend this, I won't get any other now.

Tough as nails

For a lot of people, this tape measure is overkill but for many of us, it's a Godsend. Lesser tape measures just can't stand up to constant use and have been considered a consumable item among some trades. This tool allows me to measure much more without a helper, the large format makes the numbers easy to read and the tape itself is far sturdier than 1/2" tapes. The spring and housing also contribute to this thing outlasting other tapes. For the money, I will not be without this tape measure again!

I named mine old faithful

I've had this dewalt tape measure for over a year now. It fits great in the hand, has a phenomenal standout (mine will get to 14'), and has never torn or locked up. The lock mechanism never fails or faulters as well. Overall the best tape measure I've ever owned...and I've owned many of them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
